One of the biggest things I have learned about homeschooling is that organization can make things a lot easier all the way around. While I have learned this, I haven’t necessarily applied it…but it’s my goal to be more organized, especially since I now have a college bound teenager in high school. I thought it would be helpful to share how to become the best organized homeschooling mom around!
Part of getting your homeschool organized depends on your personal preference. For example, are you a mom who wants each day fully planned out? Do you need to keep attendance records? Will each assignment be graded? What grade level is your child? How many children do you have? It will also depend on what your state laws require; some are lenient (like here in Texas), and some require full reporting and record keeping (like New York).
Without further ado, let’s begin getting organized!
