In this series of posts, I am giving lists of board games for each subject that my family has loved. The first in the series was math. This week we are going over language arts board games.
My children have struggled with grammar and reading over the years. My two oldest can read pretty well but my youngest son really has a hard time with phonics. The board games listed below will concentrate on phonics, story building, and letter recognition.
Again, I will list the name of the game, a link to purchase the game (just click on the name of the game to be redirected), the age recommendations, and which language arts skills the game helps with.
