My oldest used the older edition of BJU for chemistry. She liked the subject and did well with the program. But, my youngest is not a huge fan of chemistry. I’m afraid BJU will overwhelm her.

We used Apologia in the elementary grades but not for high school. We used Science Shepherd for Biology and that was a big hit.

So, now I’m trying to decide what to use for chemistry with younger daugther. I don’t want to overwhelm her. I want the text to be engaging but not overly wordy. I want lots of color: diagrams, pictures, charts, visual explanations of the text. I need experiments that can be done at home or watched on video.

    Suggestions??
